Didn’t he turn into Demise in Skyward Sword? I’m not too current on my zeldish lore
I think Demise is like, proto-ganondorf. The one from which all ganondorfs (ganondorves?) derived
Tengo Project, it is finally time for you to hire someone.
not technically news, but i can make it fit
just discovered there are sites that comprehensively document patches for PS4/PS5 games, including patch notes. really good resource. anyone know if there are equivalents for microsoft/nintendo/valve/etc.?

I was wondering if there might be some context for this and, yup, from October last year:
my mom randomly sent me a 50 dollar gift card for etsy a couple years ago and i had no idea what to spend it on until i randomly searched for stuff and found this Silent Hill 2-themed poster someone made:
i bought the big version and didn’t regret it. way cooler than any of this official stuff.
Ordered for my stag do
So i got the Osman port for Switch, and yeah it’s exactly the same menu interface as the Gleylancer and Panorama Cotton releases. Same CRT filter options and menu layout.
The enhancements and cheat stuff are all entirely optional, although the ‘hold button for rapid attack’ option is on by default. Challenge mode is basically 1CC mode with rewind and save states disabled, but with up to 2 enhancements that you can choose if you want. No online leaderboards.
Emulation seems fine, although i never played the original so i can’t really compare. Kinda expensive for what it is though
cannot find the old VG offices topic, would make a good post there, but Here You Go:
that thumbnail has sb colors too
From the article, the link to the actual pictures is
R4 is on PS4-5 but only through PS+ and unlike the other PS1 games you cannot play it if you bought it as a PS1 Classic.
Oh Sony.
These pics sure romaticize los Angeles barcades bc they kinda suck imo. Button Mash basically feels like chuck e cheese now
I knew I had it pretty good with the wburg barcade back in like 2012, them having only 80s games kept it from being too broadly appealing or kitschy
i went there recently with @isfet and @Mokushka (barcade in williamsburg). it was not bad, although we happened to pick a day where it was overrun with children and parents. everyone in Brooklyn seems to do events at that place Wonderville now, but i’m actually not much of a fan of a lot of the sort of new indie arcade games they have there, lol.
everyone go to california extreme with me in august
