it would be nice if developers actually disclosed though there’s way more games using AI on steam than you’re led to believe

like for example ready or not is loaded with AI art and is extremely popular on the steam store, there’s no way to report it for not disclosing AI use and valve doesn’t give a shit. same with WARNO by eugen systems who can blow me anyway because their games are shit but it’s the principle of the matter. that game immediately blasts you with slop voices in the fucking tutorial lol

the one thing which seems to scare publishers and devs about their LLM use is scandal, and not disclosing this shit doesn’t seem like a good way to avoid that. which is a bit of a relief lol.
