Jobst losing this one is for the best. The damages are entirely from repeatedly claiming that Mitchell drove another Youtuber to commit suicide, which is not something you should be able to do and collect youtube ad money from. The damages related to Mitchell cheating were thrown out because the judge ruled that everyone already thinks Mitchell is a cheater, so you can’t defame him by saying that.
