Jason Schreier on what went down with WB and Monolith. A lot of Monolith people had already left, and formed a new Seattle-based E.A. studio, Cliffhanger Games, now working on a Black Panther game (from DC to Marvel, heyo):

I would have been disappointed if theyād announced a Suiko III port at this point. The mangaās by the Suiko III mangaka, so Iām really excited for that alone, and a stage play sounds like a great idea. Iām not happy that the next actual game is a mobile game, but Iām willing to stay open minded.
It sounds like the Suiko V director has been working a very long time to bring the series back from inside the company, so Iām happy for him.
oh! yeah, this is actually a good decision to be fai

This, I like.
Just a concept device but pretty neat imho
Split fiction is getting such good reviews that I think Iām actually interested which is a bit shocking to me because the developerās previous work looked really boring, I think Iām actually just like easily amused by current production values when the rest of the game is done well enough
Not a bad time to go soft
They should remake Pro Skater 5 next and pretend itās a brand new game.
if they arenāt reopening their offices in Oyster Bay, Long Island, iāll be disappointed
Wait, this is by the A Way Out/It Takes Two developers? I didnāt know they had something new and will definitely try it out.
āwhatās wrong Persona, you havenāt touched your foldable Switch button holesā
would this not just be better with the slider style sticks? or are we too engrossed with the hall effect to allow for those to return
i feel wary of these emulation handhelds being made not because i finger wag at piracy or whatever, but find it odd just how clunky a lot of them look. and a few out there are apparently trying to 1-for-1 the gba now, and i think it would be overly embarrassing to carry one around in public anyways, like getting caught with a pair of fake Jordans or something

Absolum looks great!
Weirds me out that the reviewer mentions loving late 80s brawlers and compares this to them, but somehow theyāve never played the more direct comparisons games of D&D Shadow Over Mystara, Dragons Crown, or Guardian Heroes?? How does that happen
