I didnāt play Youngblood (sounds like a lot of folks didnāt, and those who did dropped it pretty quick due to grindy bullshit), but reading about it and it seems that game wrote off the most important carrot on the Wolfenstein stick with Hitler getting offed prior to the start of the game.
So is this gonna be the game that led to BJ being all mopey in the French catacombs or something after that? Frankly after Indiana Jones it kinda seems like they oughta branch out.
(Not buying MS games anyway but still)

I mean, itās not an exclusive if that matters, even if MS is trying to maybe make it look that way. There are PS5 trailers for it from last summer. Still sucks that they are doing promo work with MS, so canāt blame anyone for writing them off.

I think a lot also has to do with the Switch 1 being released in March while the Switch 2 was released in June.

Except the Wii U and 3DS ones, theyāre kind of a mess.
I think a lot of it has to do with the switch 1 having breath of the wild at $300 while the switch 2 has metroid prime 4 at $450. itās also an unclear āupgradeā on a thing everyone already has, while the switch 1 was novel.

It feels like Nintendo tried to MinMax the Switch 2 in a very āwhat is the most we can charge and how far apart can we spread our releases and still make all the moneyā way and might have pooched it a bit. I donāt think it is gonna be a Wii U or anything but they were handed a very favorable market situation and I donāt know that they have taken advantage at all.

At this point I feel like I still have so many switch games to play and the switch 2 is just those same games but prettier? Unless thereās some new kind of game that just couldnāt have existed without the uh, joycon mice?
