This is Squareās worst game title
Do they really think āThe Adventures of Elliotā are gonna be popular enough to have sequels? It wouldāve been more concise and more descriptive if they just merged the subtitle with the main title and called it āThe Millennium Tales of Elliotā instead. Separated into its two parts, theyāre the most generic, meaningless nothing phrases.
Game looks fine though, like a new Mana game. Wish the sprites were bigger and had more smoother animation though.

i was watching the stream so i didnāt know the title yet and during the whole trailer my only thought was i bet this is going to have a terrible title
yeah, these were kind of my exact thoughts, too. i think the combat looksā¦not great. i mean itās not like Mana has amazing combat, but something about this one feels off, like the things on screen arenāt really connecting with each other.
terrible name, and the dialogue samples they gave were also pretty hack.
in spite of that iāll probably get it, but i can see this one totally flopping

Felt almost like the trailer editor was trying to humiliate the game
I feel like all these Ultra HD 2.5d RPG games are like this, I have never warmed up to this aesthetic

they are, unfortunately, pretty consistently bad, though they keep suggesting they may one day not be
