Dropping Metal Gear is already paying off for Kojima.
that Walking Dead guy looks like John Connor x a rat
Is that a mission-selecting campaign map?
Did that guy just sling a full-sized assault rifle on his back before sitting in his fighter craft?
It’s adorable that they’ve created this universe where tech is so advanced we’re having air to air space fights and the dominant weapon is fixed-forward machine guns.

If it’s good enough for three decades worth of shmups, it’s good enough for fucking Call of Duty.
Yeah but only one of these things is po-faced jingoism that trafficks in realismism.
I interrupt your normally scheduled E3 news to bring you this trailer
And this one:
morphie’s law looks cool tho
lots of stuff cribbed from minecraft, assassin’s creed, sotc, maybe even kinda dark souls, but what pleases me the most about this trailer is that it shows zero npcs. are we finally getting the “lonely game” zelda experience??
everything about this trailer pleases me tbh
same, I can’t really find anything to complain about, apprently you get an ability to form planks to craft with but you can also hurl them at enemies and they show that in the trailers and that’s kinda great
I like it that Zeldas gone from like, the groundbreaking exploration game to the cultural zeitgeist of action/adventure games
Idk, confirmation of voice acting is kind of a froth-settler
The lack of a HUD peaks my interest. Can we honestly expect this new title to remove 30 years of visual clutter? I’m cautiously optimistic that this may not be total garbage, visually it’s stunning. I love the inclusion of wildlife.
the e3 demo they were playing had a lot of HUD elements that i hope you can turn off in the final game.
making an immersive, lush, world that’s fully explorable and then having some collectable item in the distance flash a “???” box above it is not what i’d call atmospheric
Major complaint with Witcher 3 was it’s weird movement and character feel. I’m down to play Nintendo’s open world loot game.
I feel like those item popup windows are motivated by pure spite, at this point. The pre-release demo streamer guy even is trying to downplay them.
sept 16th na/eu simultaneous
Finally, the third game I will buy for the 3DS.
