Anyone use the 8BitDo N30 (the NES one)? The thread at Mario SUCKS... or does it??? - #116 by HOBO got me thinking.
The 2.4G came with my Nt Mini Noir. It had noticeable lag compared with wired controllers.
but I usually don’t use wireless controllers so maybe I’m the wrong person to ask.
Oh, I see. That thing doesn’t even work as a wired controller.
Anyone use one of these Retro-Bit Origin 8 controllers? I understand Retro-Bit’s reputation is iffy.
Retro-Bit is trash.
Isfet and I have both had controllers just straight up not work.
For NES to PC options
It’s a little awkward because you need to charge them like joycons, but people seem to have had success with Switch NES controllers

From personal experience I can say an NES Mini controller through an Elecom wii to USB adapter works well.
Nintendo make the best NES controllers.
Both options are a little pricey and involve using ebay.
I confused Retrobit with 8bitdo for years and avoided them like the plague when I could have had some decent modern pads
I just bought one of those in a moment of weakness about two weeks back. I haven’t had time to NES it up lately but I’ll try to put it through the paces soon.
Thank you for your service.
