People always say that but like, under what circumstance is the mouse not going to be facing the correct way anyway? I just don’t understand how you would have to use a wired mouse for that to happen
The Apple TV remote is a disgrace though
they are cowards for not using the gyro to detect if you are holding it upside down and telling you or even better unlocking secret arcane functionality

They would shift in my hand over time, and I’d grab them incorrectly if I wasn’t looking at what I was doing. There wasn’t really anyway to feel what direction they were facing until I tried clicking the button or moving the cursor.
i can corroborate this. used imacs for years, the mouse-shifting is real and terrible and that mouse design is fucking abhorrent
