yup, mine’s set to count by milliseconds but that’s what I got too
though I only saw the warning signs once I was frame-by-framing it. Why use more than one saturation & value when you can change hue?
you don’t have to see warning signs if you know where they are already

This is all reminding me that I should update my hacked mini because a game or two didn’t work the first time I messed around with it. I remember Burning Force didn’t display properly. In many ways, this is my favorite console to just snack on. I often feel compelled to replay games I’ve already played numerous times which probably has something to do with how brisk and snappy everything is.

i think the mega drive is really a perfect rendition of the idea of an affordable home arcade machine in 1988. the ports were slightly compromised, but most of the time not too much (galazy force 2 is the worst md arcade port i can think of), and most of the popular original games were arcade style, but maybe a little longer than would have been practical in an arcade setting (revenge of shinobi, alien soldier, etc.)

Realized I never got a cart for my megadrive mini. This thing is moot for me between an everdrive and a MiSTeR and yet still stupidly intrigued.
Unforunately because of Shining Force Week at select button dot net, we know Shining Force isn’t that good. Charming. But tried the patience and brain power of anyone over 12.
