This was my biggest fear looking at it. Its dangerously close to the dream game that’s been in my head since Brutal Legend or Guilty Gear Overture. I’m willing to run with Evil Dead antics but there’s a nearly undetectable whiff of disdain towards medieval aesthetics or history fans in this context vacuum pitch trailer.

it sounds like this is basically just like the last one! very good overall despite its practiced overindulgence, except it’s really bad at dealing with sephiroth, and they fuck up the ending again, and this seems like an even worse ending to fuck up
I’ll probably be happy to get it on PC six months or a year from now

Yes, although the bar stage is new. That being said the most amusing thing is how they’ve been sorta acting for quite a while like they didn’t also reveal Jinx as a fighter more than two years ago.

nah, this is an abysmal name. no one even knows what the fuck it is supposed to mean or how to say it. always a great sign. but hey, I half expected this game to be quietly cancelled when riot laid off a quarter of their staff a month ago, so at least they’re still getting a paycheck.
and yeah, this game has been in development for like 7 years at this point, no idea what they’re doing.
