Those cases are Dering DiscSavers. I don’t normally pay attention to brand names when it comes to things like this, but I have discovered that these particular ones are much higher quality than others that look similar.
I inspected the image specifically looking for this, so I am not disppointed.
I have an official-live-but-meant-to-look-bootleg album from moools that came in one of these and they rule so much.
this is approximately one quarter of the reason i started the snexploration podcast - lively discussion about games nobody would normally care to talk about, so as to avoid the Nostalgia Trap.
Can’t believe I forgot to post these so I am now. It’s a 3DS, a Game Boy and a Neo Geo Pocket Color. All still working though the GB and NGPC need batteries (and the NGPC needs a new internal battery as well).
The games all came with the NGPC in one package I got from Play-Asia probably 15 years ago. I think I still have all of them. It’s a solid line up. The only one I’m not enthused by is the pachisi game (sorry pachisi fans).
What I could pull out of bins before a baby woke up. Not pictured: GP2X, Hori Shooting Watch, GBA SP (Atomic Red).
Dang I think once I can go to stores again I am buying the first NGPC I see and ordering a flash cart.
Crisis Core: The Only Game You Need™
Up until a few years ago, I had many DS and GBA games. I also had a few each of GB, 3DS, PS1, PS3, PSP, and Dreamcast games. But nowadays, this is my DadShelf (TM @alfred):
Not pictured is the box for Super Mario 3D All-Stars. I also have some more games downloaded to my Switch.
Some really powerful collections here!
OH SHIT YOU HAVE PAGAN INVASION!?
That I do!
Keen eye
This thread’s encouraged me to start collecting some of my favourite games over the next few years. I’ve started with an old friend. 10 years ago, I persuaded my dad, who wanted a Blu-ray player, to get a PS3. It’s backwards compatible and on its way right now. My long con has finally played out and payed off. Too bad this copy of Demon’s is the barebones Greatest Hits version but I still have the art book that came with my original copy.
I don’t know what happened to the OST disc T_T
this thread is dangerous, i’ve started buying games again
This thread is dangerous I am finding how much more video game bullshit I have than any of you and I don’t like it.
I almost pulled out the dreamcast box but that box is like perfectly packed and I posted that stick up thread.
Someone who wears a Japanese medium come over and take all my Sega branded sweatshirts as well (i have 4 somehow?)
Rudie if makes you feel better I hoard way more arcade sticks than you, even though I’ve sold like half a dozen in the last year.
I have like, no game stuff. I have one of those CD spindles that came with CD-Rs, and that’s where all my gamecube games are.
I used to have a decent collection of Virtual Boy stuff but I left it with my dad when I moved, then he got divorced and lost everything (like, physically, not because my stepmom really wanted to play Mario Clash) so that’s all gone. still kinda pissed about that.
But yeah I mostly have digital or a bunch of loose CDs or cartridges. I don’t particularly care for boxes or anything.
I’m minutes away from buying that Switch Hori SF cabinet-looking stick. Is this a bad move?
