Hello, I found this place via the Aftermath article on forums. Been missing forums in my life. My name’s Jester, and I play a lot of Nintendo games, as well as other stuff that grabs my attention. I’m a little obsessed with the 6th generation of gaming. I’m a film nerd and an enjoyer of professional wrestling. I’m very queer, a writer and I’m dabbling in game dev.

I’m messing around with GB Studio mostly. Been slowly attempting to make a short little Gameboy adventure game. Been doing pixel art for it as well while toying around with the engine to figure things out.

Nice. I don’t know anything about game dev myself but that sounds like a really solid way to solo develop something that’s actually finishable. If you want you can post about it in the Output forum!

I like all kinds of films. But I particularly love heist movies, and movies that take big swings regardless of if they nail them or not (Like Jupiter Ascending unironically adore that movie) But some of my faves as of this moment in time are Sorry to Bother You, The Matrix, Edge of Seventeen, How to Blow Up a Pipeline, and I Saw The TV Glow.

i don’t remember almost anything about it but i love jupiter ascending. one of those movies that’s just like, pure vibes in my skull. speed racer-ish in that way except less chimpanzee time (god i hate that chimpanzee)
