I get the bullets slowing in front of Neo stuck in my head from time to time as if it’s a melody. I feel like every slow-motion gunshot stems from Matrix sound design.

This was the sound effect that made kid me realise they didn’t just make up unique sounds for every game/movie/TV show. I remember hearing it in a lot of cartoons (took me a while to figure out what game this was, searches kept coming up with Popcap’s Bookworm, Wiggins should sue!)
