yea it’s just compulsive addictive gambling like slots or pachislots, in the US they’re all over north carolina although they’ve been ruled illegal there a couple years ago. If you search 'fish table north carolina’youll get a lot of currently open spots,. Theres also a relatively large underground presence in california, ppl call em slap houses
