Okay I just realized that both of these issues are just how the original german release of the game was released because of censorship laws. I can’t find anyone else who’s had this issue, however. I’ve seen people say that it can happen if your language is set to German, but my language is set to English and my profile doesn’t even have a location set. Is there any other setting in steam that could be causing this?
