cod4 aka modern warfare 1 i remember being pretty fun.

starting in a few minutes

lol @ the guy in Expedition 33 just straight up being Robert Pattinson and games still doing that in 2024

hq720

lol as well at the absolute certainty many people will pay $70 for an MGS3 remake with literally the exact same audio and identical cutscenes & level design when an HD remaster just came out and is available on everything

lol @ video games in general

holy shit, PLAYABLE ANIME! Why has no-one thought of this before!!!

I fall asleep and it turns out everyone says xbox has the best show. Did they talk about their layoffs before delivering the epic experiences?

absolutely not, lol

i was planning to watch the PC Gaming show but then had internet bullshit troubleshooting for most of it. it looks pretty much the same as most of the other streams though from what i can tell.

this game looks not bad

ps1 racing game by the rain world devs of all people. didn’t expect that

also sequel to the Case of the Golden Idol it seems, with less good visuals

also a lot of this stuff i’ve already posted, but here’s cursory playlist of trailers from the past few days of game event streams that looked somewhat interesting to me and are non-AAA/bigger projects, if anyone wants it:

I was going to mention Infinite Warfare! So put me down as recommending that. I never finished it so I might reinstall it at some point and replay it. It’s legit.

My cousin recommended Ghosts to me once so I always have that in the back of my mind whenever I see it on sale for $20. I guess Ghosts, Advanced Warfare and Infinite Warfare make up the futuristic CoD trilogy but I’ve only played Infinite.

Those are the three I’ve thought about checking out, but I have yet to pull the trigger

cold war also looks kind of fun to me

So maybe I’ll play that and infinite sometime

I’m surprised, after watching a whole shitload of trailers in a sitting, that I actually feel Excited About Video Games. First time I’ve felt that way in a few years but I dunno if it’s me more than the games

it feels like we’re finally in the 24 month window (starting roughly with Alan Wake 2 or so) when everyone is going to actually ship their best effort at a real current gen title which is nice considering how protracted a start that had
