In other news, Toyota has gone crazy after so much outpouring of love for a … ‘Prius’, so they wacked up the bizarre dial a few notches, and here we are:

(n.b. does the US of A also get the current gen C-HR?

The Toyota C-HR (Japanese: トヨタ C-HR, Hepburn: Toyota Shīeichiāru) is a subcompact crossover SUV manufactured by Japanese automaker Toyota since 2016. The development of the car began in 2013, led by Toyota chief engineer Hiroyuki Koba. the kind of car that only retirees can - and do - love)
One of my favorite horrible cars was a 1982 Dodge Dart that a friend in college. At one point it had grass growing in the floorboards, which may be related to the end for that car, which was when approaching a three-way stop, my friend stomped on the brake only for the brake pedal and a large section of the surrounding floor to just fall completely through/off the bottom of the car, leaving him to lean on the horn while trying to apply the emergency brake (which had, two years previously, had been left on for pretty much the entire trip from Eugene to Portland while being driven at 70MPH). Thankfully the fence that he went through on the other side of the intersection was well constructed enough/he was going slow enough that he hung up on that after smashing it.

Looks pretty sick.
Made here in town? Nice.
They should get one of them bad boys out to Barry to review.
I mean you’re 100% correct.
this is where I barely hold myself back from suggesting really hack solutions.
It looks like you can find both things for 80 each on ebay but not as a kit like this.
…I use 4th gear as a hand brake on my shifter when playing games with sequential shifting
I run hack solutions! And they’re great! But my shifter and e brake are showing their age from years of abuse. I’m considering upgrading to something nice. Damn. The sim racing world is like the high end audio world when it comes to what’s out there and how much you can spend.
If you played Gran Turismo 4, you may remember the 200+ mph VW Golf you could get that was done by a tuning company. A 1 of 1.
Anyway, that very same car is for sale locally.
Gawd damn
wow … that’s a hefty price sticker for a Golf.
otoh, kinda old-school, the kids are all right gone mad in the two decades since:
