I need more floral wheel options
WHAT.
I’ve seen rims like this for the first time in my life, and feel betrayed by Horizon, Forza and Gran Turismo.
Ronal Bear quartermile sub-10 should be a hidden achievement in the next Forza/Horizon installment.
LOST OPPORTUNITY
thd successor to Lost Odyssey, out on XBOX1Plus in 2021 - wait a second, wrong topic shi-
I’ve already got a transmission, a diff, and like three sets of wheels/tires in my house. How the hell am I gonna fit three car halves?
Just leave 'em on the sidewalk like in the photo.
I love how the M8 GTLM has made an everlasting impression in the short-lived racing world.
and tbh, seeing it backstage a day before the race, it really is that huge
though tbh, Cagacazza Bocchino is the weapon of choice for most here, I think.
Pop-up headlights Twingo, probably with rearwheel drive, that’d be ace…
I’m leaning towards Bricc.
I have never seen a Twongo in person, but my Mac has one as a wallpaper.
Yes, the M8 is truly the Xbox of cars!
man, my sister-in-law had a Twingo for quite a while, and it was the cutest death trap in the world you can imagine.
they had such wacky adverts for that egg,
vs e. g. Nissans micra-scopic efforts
Even around the end of the Millennium they were going strong...ish....
and seeing one in Paris, in all its nonchalant parisian warmongering/parking patina is as chic and essential as seeing a 2CV there.
Cue outro joke of M8 GTLM shadow looming larger than life.
i guess we have a contender for taking it to the bronco…
This is certainly the most elegant generator/window unit AC mod I’ve seen but I keep thinking, surely it’s cheaper in the long run to just fix the AC in the car?
Honestly? Not if there’s a leak in the refrigeration lines
Sure it’s $2 in tubing but you probably have to drop the engine to get to it all
There’s also the possibility that the truck never had AC to begin with and then the owner moved to Atlanta
Fair.
I mean I just dropped 900 into replacing my AC compressor two years ago so I know it’s an expensive system but I just think, even assuming a scavenged window AC and a generator you already owned, all that extra gas has to add up after a while. I respect the ingenuity though.
Your car’s AC already uses extra gas, for basically the same reason, although I’m sure it’s more efficient. But this is the wages of poverty, right: you can only ever afford the most expensive solution to everything.
I can’t wait for my car AC to die so i can reclaim those lost ponies and free up some weight!
The WHAT now?
A week or two ago I left my car in the parking lot of my wife’s office, while I borrowed her car for a couple hours, under what I thought was a safe tree shade spot but what turned out to be an exposed oven spot. Forgot to put up my reflector or roll the windows down. Literally actually for real burnt one of my fingers opening the door and had to take off my shirt and cover the steering wheel in order to grip it. Throat singeing.
