E3 2025: 'Complete Global Celebration'

yeah this one looks like a pretty charming 90’s lucasarts style adventure game. seems like a sequel to the previous game Perfect Tides.

i just realized that the person making it follows me on social media so now i feel extra confident in my taste.

Prequel to this is great. The rare work about young people that rang true and didn’t make me wanna retch.

Drywall Eating Simulator got a laugh from me

Yeah handcrafted is going strong. I wonder if it’s partially people trying to distance themselves from any GenAI doubt.

Digging the tile-style game. Didn’t catch the name.

Or is it just the insterstitials? lol

it’s just the interstitials

i hate this guy’s voice but White Knuckle looks not too bad, tho in a very similar vein to Beton Brutal/Lorn’s Lure

Digging the Super Sentai homage action game. Poses!

so far (outside of like Drywall Simulator and one or two other things) i haven’t seen much of the sort of weird outliers i hope for on these smaller streams

Yeah feels pretty genre-adherent so far

I still don’t know if I should get a Playdate. Every time I see it I feel kinda sad

it’s kind of quaint to see pretty nice looking inoffensive pixel nostalgia games on this stream after so much awkward 3D
