climate change disaster themed dream. I think it started with superman being evil so humanity’s plan was to use a bunch of rockets to literally rotate the earth to make parts of it so hot you couldn’t live there? People were moving to northern parts of canada, there was a whole TV program on getting animals to migrate on their own.

I dreamed rioters started carrying bows and arrows and counter rioters started carrying them too, so that street level conflicts started looking like medieval battles but with a smattering of rifles and tear gas involved.

nightmare
I was on big ship deck with my childhood across the street neighbor peter Kim, and there were warnings of rough water. for some reason we just stayed on the deck and as it started rocking back and forth incredibly violently it sent him flying in the air and when he fell he just immediately got crushed by a lifeboat and turned into a red mist. we just kept gettin rocked by cartoonishly huge waves that almost turned the ship sideways and killed almost everyone on board
shortly after the storm, the remaining survivors got captured by a militia who accused us of being French, and they all had british accents, and my awake mind knows this happened because it’s Joan of arc month and I’ve been watching a million Joan of arc movies
after we get captured I’m told that I have a 60 day sentence on a filthy prison ship, with no clothes or belongings, 2 days pass and I get no food and I have to drink out of toilets, but every time I try to piss in a toilet a guard or non jailed civilian kicks me out of the bathroom because it’s not for prisoners. one of the guards keeps fucking molesting me as I walk by, threatening that it’s gonna get worse when he catches me alone. this is harrowing and I yell that I’m not gonna get raped again while getting fucking triggered IN MY DREAM and just reliving every time I got sexually assaulted in MY WAKING LIFE. after I finish having my fit I decide that I need to find protection. the first guy I have to turn down because he’s charging 60 dollars a day, and I only get 5 dollars a day if I work in the prison. the second is this awful group interview with two silent people and one guy who’s even creepier than the guard who groped me, leaning in really close and asking awful personal questions. after like an hour of asking me every awful thing that ever happened to me he decides to turn me down because I’m a coward who doesn’t listen to their mother and sneaks out at night. I woke up after pissing myself in the dream to keep warm, I’m so glad I didnt actually pee myself, that’s the only good thing about this dream

saturday night i dreamed that people at my job were dying one by one, probably due to assassinations, and so i had to confront mortality and not knowing how long one’s life will be. then i came into work this morning only to hear that it was all called off for the day because someone we all knew and were collaborating with had died with no warning on saturday evening. what the fuck

Last night I had a dream that my partner and I were moving into a new neighborhood we’d never been to before. First we walked into a hole-in-the-wall record store. There was a customer there, a woman who liked to collect dead lice that had bitten musicians. She asked the staff whether they had any combs that had been used by a musician, and they brought out this huge long brown comb just full of stray hairs and dead lice. They delicately laid it down on the counter for her. As she looked it over closely, I saw a live louse jump off of it and start heading straight for my partner, who was leaning onto the counter with her hair perilously close.
After that, we went to the apartment building we were going to rent, to meet with the property manager. When we arrived at her office, there was another guy already waiting to see her. She let all three of us in and sat us down across from her desk. The guy immediately said, “Alright, first off – I did strangle my wife.”

I had a bunch of microdreams, only one I remember clearly I was driving around a bend in a highway and suddenly passed through a big black cloud of smoke, which concealed a huge 20 car pileup that was blocking all lanes of traffic. I was going too fast to stop, and wound up hitting the back of a trailer that was suspiciously ramp-shaped and I took off. I woke up just before my car landed in the middle of the wrecked cars

I dreamed I went to see a korean mech stage play. The audience seats were skii lifts hung from the back wall that had bungies attached to them and allowed you to release off the wall and go towards the stage and then bounce back. I did this at some point and accidentally ran into the main actor while he was doing some sort of mech maneuver that brought him out into the audience. Apparently this caused a time paradox because I was transported to a generation after the play, and a woman explained to me that the theater had burned down during the original production and everyone had died.

There was some kind of medieval war going on, which I was supposed to take part in, but some wolf that was supposedly psychically bonded to someone wanted me to go hunting in the forest with it and started whimpering at me. It looked like a weird gouraud shaded low poly model. I felt guilty about abandoning the war but felt I had no choice because the wolf looked so sad.
There was also some aliens that were hanging around called the Mind-Thread, because apparently they all share the same dreams. They sort of looked like the original Predator design before they switched it to the final version. I think I woke up temporarily with some annoying tinnitus and for a few groggy seconds thought they’d tried to send me some message.
Back in the dream, I lost my wallet and needed to wait to get a new card from the bank, and so was walking around the shops not knowing what to do because I couldn’t buy any food. Then a fat cat started meowing at me and I wanted to get some food for it, but couldn’t without money. I think I was contemplating stealing something.
Later, I was at home and trying to work out what t-shirt to wear. The first one I picked out had Homer Simpson on it and it was way too big and looked lame. Then I picked out one with Darth Maul on it, which had the words ‘NO SATAN’ on it. I wasn’t sure why I even bought it because I don’t really like Darth Maul. I was confused about the words, trying to work out whether it meant there is no satan, or if it was like he was saying ‘no’ to satan. I tried to look at the tag to see if it was made by a Christian company, but got frustrated because I couldn’t find the tag so I gave up.
