Any talk about DQ6 other than being considered the worst in the series or the least pleasantly regarded game.
Any talk about the series aesthetic and what makes it so charming is always a good road to walk down.

in the west Dragon Quest is still niche and peculiar, while in Japan it is super mainstream.
With this in mind, do the conservative design and themes of Dragon Quest make it appeal to a signficantly more right wing crowd than other videogames?

How’re the DQ Monster games? I played a little bit of a DS one when it was fan translated but I couldn’t really get into it. A DQ without the story didn’t really appeal to me.
