it was a custom in the previous iteration of the forum to respond to Good Posts with the words “blood potion” (since it was not formalized as a feature in the software)
as for the idea itself, i wanna sleazy came up with it, though i recall his propsed system being much more sophisticated
it was originally associated with the red potion graphic from zelda 1 (or was it 2?)
iirc there were a few candidates for the opposite of a blood potion (such as “butt poison”), though none of those caught on
