Sony hardware has some good sales going on for Black Friday. $100 off the PS5, Pro and VR2. $20 off the Portal too.
If the Portal were cheaper I might chance it because I don’t really know how well it would work over my connection until I try it.
Mr Mechanical you can do the same thing as a PsPortal on your phone. There is no reason to buy a 300 dollar device that streams Ps5 games via wifi.
Like a Ambernic SP is 50 bucks and makes a satisfying snap sound like cellphones used to make.

$200 device but yeah you are right. I did try streaming my PS4 through the PlayStation app once and it was pretty playable but not great resolution wise so that might be my answer.
i don’t have one, but i’m thinking it’s gonna be real obnoxious when a PS Portal inevitably develops stick drift

The internet says you can buy Nintendo hardware from their site using gift cards, which are currently 20% off at Costco and Sam’s Club. I already have a Switch 2 because I’m dumb, but I’ll load up on cards anyway, rolling the dice that they will release games for it.

okay then yes you should hand Costco 540 dollars for 600 bucks in Nintendo funny money and buy a Switch 2 and 6/7ths of a game
also remember they’re still selling vouchers so you can get 2 Switch games that have upgrades and then pay 10 bucks for the upgrade, if you decide to get a non-bundle console

Viewfinder is free on the Epic store today. provided you turn off some of the (imo) annoying voice acting, it’s ultimately one of the better of these types of “clever mechanic” puzzle games for me and i enjoyed playing through it. recommended if you’re a fan of games like Superliminal

Yeah Viewfinder is a very fun mechanic to mess around with for a bit, the puzzle design just isn’t very developed for too much of its short runtime but for the price of free I’d definitely recommend messing around with it until you possibly lose interest.

Not gonna say the games have aged the best, or that these are the best ports (they’re not, they’re a bit rough), but if you wanna have Saints Row The Third and Saints Row IV on the Switch, $2 for the two together is kinda impossible to beat.
