yeah seconded. bullet garden is real chill but i highly recommend playing it w joy-to-key cos the default (unchangeable) controls aren’t kind on the hands.
game scratches the same itch that making a themed character in caves of qud does.

So Fanatical has a build your own bundle deal with a selection of 41 random retro games Piko Interactive released on Steam in recent years, apparently they are roms bundled with an iffy emulator and Piko themselves I recall having a… let’s say iffy reputation but if one wanted to buy a rom for one of these games for $1 or less this certainly would be a way to do so.

i think there’s a new season starting today and they want to try to build an audience/hype because the first season under-performed (or at least anecdotally no one that i know that bought the game on launch played the first season).

somewhere there is a chart. Of X new buys, X pays into the season, X buy cosmetics, and X are DA WHALES.
I hate that it’s just marketing conversions and not a game on sale.
But @VastleCania and I have been having a time playing Diablo and diving into content holes, just don’t play the seasons and it’s pretty fun.

The difficult thing is I think Zero only lands if you play the first game first. Either as Steins;Gate or Steins;Gate Elite.
I’ll show her some trailer and see how she reacts. We watched Seven Seeds together. I think she has the tolerance.
