I agree there is something ineffably friendly about the N64.
am i crazy or did this exact pose (hands in fists, arms bent at 90 degrees raising in perfect symmetry) occur in tons of games of this era
archaic pogchampâŚ
Oh shit thereâs a sequel!?
Yep! It came out just a few days ago!

Nice nice nice nice
(from Unblock Gridlock)
Damn that shit ainât gonna look nearly as good on my PS4 is it
Pseudo-4K amps the pics a bit along with slight color correction from HDR, but really, playing on a base PS4 itâs very close to the same level of performance and still fuggin gorgeous. Imo depth of field/volumetric lighting seem like the only things that take notable hits, occasionally. Helps they have a strong Photo Mode (I need to check out Death Strandingâs)
i really shouldâve played hzd by now but at this point iâm excited for the pc version!
you are so much better at this games AMAZING PHOTO MODE than me
love all the action ones! that one where youre about to get ganked by a grazer OWNS
also mikey i have a launch ps4 and this game still looked great. its breataking on a pro though, im excited to see what it looks like on pc
hzd sort of feels like the bigger and better and prettier thing i donât want to acknowledge in comparison to my modern faves (e.g. botw)⌠nes ninja gaiden 3 and its nes lushness compared to ninja gaiden 2âs sublimity.
Floating around frozen actions in scenic panoramas = one of my favorite bonus chills
That one with the grazer is actually after dealing with some rowdy dudes, I havenât seen anything else glitch like his sudden death hangtime.
Breath of the Wild looks much better, in my opinion. Horizon is better-than-average at setting up vistas but falls into a lot of ânature overtaking citiesâ post-apocalypse tropes that have been oversaturated recently. Breath of the Wild is consistently better than anyone at shaping the terrain into interesting, surprising, beautiful shapes (real level design in terms of pacing and reveals; watch how they build blockers to funnel players despite letting them clamber over everything), and they push a few novel observations through effects â the way grass, fresh from rain, is blindingly bright if the sun peeks out, the way a specific type of shallow marsh pond holds lilies, the color of a very specific type of sunset on red cliffs.
I feel like at this point a lot of the bells and whistles next-gen consoles will be able to offer are going to be moot because my TV is from like 2010
