Deltahead Podcast

I’ve started a podcast!

It explores the impact that poetic imagination has on game design, game development, and criticism. Prologue episode is up, with the first full episode going live hopefully the first week of 2020.

ENJOY, YOU COLOSSAL NERDS

Edit: lol the link preview rephrases my actual post. I truly am old and repeating myself.

OKAY FINE

The first full episode is up! It’s about Tokyo Jungle, by way of James Dickey and Mary Oliver.

Come to think of it, this might be a very @shrug episode given one of the poets involved.

Thank you! Will’s an amazing writer, thinker, and friend. I’d love to know any thoughts that come up in response to the content or format.

Consider your favorite moments while playing WoW, then fix in your imagination whatever feeling you have most attached to the experience. Search for poems that relate to those interior sensations. PoetryFoundation.org is a good source.
