the architecture in this game is like if a wal-mart was forced to transform into something that wasn’t a store
welp. i absolutely love this game. and yeah it runs perfect on ps4 normal. thank goodness. the lighting in this game is so so so so so good
It’s descended from Horizon: Zero Dawn tech, and Guerrilla helped out as well
this is vape store employees reading mark fisher
which is badass and good. im getting ready for vape store/post malone socialism
im still maybe 5% in and just suffering with my bb on hard mode but i already know that this is MGS2:2
brb gotta make a run to the smart drug store to pump oxytocin lvls
Played about an hour until after the Late Title Card and I think I’ll be taking this nice and slow.
I was ready to make a joke to see my banal occupation represented in a high budget vidcon, but the game opening up with being caught in rainfall felt surprisingly personal to me, having had the same experience earlier today at work
my hot take
it’s good
i love to walk
Sam we need you to restore the connection between DC and Columbus, OH via a 10 minute stroll no other human has been capable of
the fact that his phone is a set of handcuffs that you have to cuff to yourself to use as a phone is extremely funny
i really love all the broad stroke and blunt sci fi ideas in this (except for everything ive found out about BBs so far).
the voidouts may have taken our society and they may have taken our culture and they may have taken our knowledge but they can never take our REI credit cards
fuck me this makes my ps4 loud
Was hoping I wouldn’t hear this. Still downloading (should have left it in rest mode last night) so I don’t know how loud mine’s going to get but I’m not optimistic. Will probably have to use headphones.
since they revealed the game’s story was centered around a “blue-collar courier” (i think that was the term), it made me wonder whether people who actually work in delivery / packaging would have [even if minor] distinct angles to experience the thing.
a lot of people where i live have been making memes about the story being about [apocalyptic] consequences of privatizing the post-office and whatnot lol
it’s been running way quieter than any other game i’ve played recently for me
