so, what are some good rpgs/fighting games/arcade-style racing games that are also cheap on ps3? or anything else interesting?
i already have vf5, and i know about resonance of fate (which is generally about £10 on ps3)
i would ask about stgs too, but i assume that would be a fool’s errand.
RPGs:
Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls can both be had cheap. Dragon’s Dogma, too. You can even get the version that has the real theme song.
Shooters:
If being on a physical disc is not a requirement, then I think Super Stardust HD and PixelJunk Shooter are excellent.
Anything else interesting:
Dead Space 1 and 2
Again, if they don’t have to be on disc, then Noby Noby Boy and Tokyo Jungle.
Sanic Kart
i’mpretty sure ican get most download-only games, but in this thread i waswondering about what good stuff i could get on disc dirt cheap, since it is an old console now, i assumed there must be a bunch of good stuff i can get for a pittance, which would be easier than downloading massive bluray-sized files
i actually already have the second dragon’s dogma lying around somewhere that i haven’t got around to playing yet! and tokyo jungle. i tried demon’s souls, but bloodborne is still the only one of these games i’ve been able to get into
Another good one you should be able to get for next to nothing is Rayman Origins.
And Rayman Legends actually includes every level from Origins but may not be quite as cheap. (It also kind of does those levels a disservice by splitting them out into bonus stages with no coherent progression.)
ooh, i actually wanted to play that in the 360 days, but never got around to it!
