Candy Bars, and Ice Cream, and Snacks, Oh Pie!

The cookie parts of carrot cake oreos and peanut butter pie oreos, are noticeably crunchier than oreos with the regular chocolate cookies.

Ecuse me but Froot Loops are the best cereal

Fruity Pebbles are very unique. I even understood this, as a young kid. And they would probably be great in that ice cream burrito thing.

No, Kix just splurged and went for using kids instead of animals in the testing regime.

As a kid, I loved Trix. Ate huge amounts of it. But by middle school, I had pretty much stopped eating Trix – would still eat other cereals, but for some reason my parents had stopped buying it and I had stopped requesting it. At some point in high school, I got a hankering for Trix, so next time we were at the grocery store I got a box. Poured myself a big bowl as soon as I got home, excited to have that delicious Trix taste again.

It was disgusting. Sugary, fake-fruit flavors mixed with milk – what had I been thinking? Foul. Yet I could still remember what the child-me had tasted. I so clearly knew the nostalgia pleasure I should be feeling while experiencing the actual disgust of adult reality.

Growing older, I have had plenty of similar experiences confronting the disappointment of realized nostalgia, but nothing, nothing, has ever crystallized it so perfectly as that single bite of Trix.

where is the golden graham love :cryingpig:

I’ve never eaten Apple Jacks or Sugar Smacks but I like how their names rhyme and sound like street drugs.

Something else to consider is that most cereals have changed their taste quite a bit, due to changing recipes to seem more “healthy”.

I haven’t eaten it yet, but I heard Peanut Butter Crunch recently changed their recipe and its not even close to its past greatness.
