I absolutely complained about the half-measure crafting system in the first game where rubbing alcohol and scissors? make a bomb, it’s the sort of straddling between evocative survival-game-like deep crafting and Naughty Dogs’ fear of systems and tendency towards fake-elegant design and unwillingness to allow players to make meaningful systems, resource choices that sends me into unattractive ranting
