This might not count because it’s more of a window to a scene than two different materials:
And this is kind of a borderline case as well. Especially the Japanese version, which appears to use (mostly) the same material for both parts.

The textures should mix across individual letters, so I would say God Slayer makes it in and Crystalis doesn’t! I have this theory that every game with a logo like this is fantastic.
clarification
Most logos don’t count because they segregate materials between letters.
Galaga is almost there, but the colors are too flat to be called materials.
Startropics is really interesting. I think windowed logos deserve their own thread if we can find some more of them. “overgrown” logos like God Slayer and Toki deserve their own thread too.
