honestly it’s a pretty shit spread Alan Wake 2 deserves like half the awards based entirely on how bad the competition is. Lol that FFXVI is in “best narrative” as if it won’t go down in history as a clown game. I also laughed at Cyberpunk 2077 being listed along like, actual MMOs for best update support

haley read those indie noms off to me yesterday and i thought she was fucking with me at first, theyre all very funny in their own way (special shoutout to viewfinder for being nominated in the same indiecade category as us as also losing) but im mad about dave the diver all over again seeing it this morning. I got into so many arguments over that game and i remember one specific dumbass saying “its not like its trying to market itself as an indie game, they probably just chose those graphics to cut down on costs” and fuck you specifically guy
