Gosh those mcnugget toys reminded me of the Halloween mcnugget toys I had.
I had all six of these! After that first year they ended up in our box of Halloween decorations and my mom would bring them out each year. I don’t think we have them anymore though.
There was a board game built around these guys even.
Shortly after I mentioned these toys here, I found some on eBay. A few months after that, I took them outside and photographed some of them.
The photo session was more challenging than it would have been had this cat not kept interfering.
But I did end up getting a good shot of her just as I was going back inside.

people on twitter are mad that the power rangers episode has haim saban in it. like, we all know he’s a piece of shit, but were they really expecting him not to be in it?
i just hope they’ve got a new intro theme, the one in seasons one and two was so awful.
Its been awhile but the intro seemed the same. I watched the TMNT episode and it was good. I wish it was 3 times longer but yeah I love ninja turtles so I ate up what they did give us.
I found it pretty strange that the Power Rangers episode of The Toys That Made Us doesn’t show anything at all from the Power Rangers Movie and the Power Rangers Turbo movie. It doesn’t even mention that they made the movies. Let alone, show the movie specific toys. The recent movie does have a couple of things shown near the end (no toys though). But, still no mention that it was a movie.

Some company’s doing New Japan Pro-Wresting toys and I would love to own the Tomohiro Ishii but $45 is a lot of money for plastic that isn’t a Gundam.
I’m also not nuts about how the belly wellys look but I assume that makes them very posable?

He’s a paratrooper with a real parachute. Which you really have to pack into his pack. He’s very cool and came with a unique gun. A silenced sub machinegun.
I guess that crescent thing is to help him get a stable shot, while parachuting?
unfortunately, couldn’t find any pics of his parachute. But I remember it had a metallic foil quality to it.
ive never wanted anything more than this but even the ones with gross yellowed packaging are 80-150 dollars
