I’m still mad about Need for Speed because it had a segment that was about cannonball running with a hot British love interest lady and then it’s like, maybe a 10 minute scene? Why would that not be the entire movie

yeah but it’ll be annoying and prolly involve using like zero tier to play over a fake lan like every dead old game. fucking motherfuckers. A ton of people still play ut99 and ut2004. if we’re lucky ppl will put up a fan master server pretty quick. still pisses me off though

yeah, hopefully, sucks to see such a well-supported old game get taken out, though; you could still use the official server browser on ancient Macs, for goodness’ sake!

Fantavision 202X has been announced for PSVR2 and it just looks like an up-resed Fantavision. I can’t tell if that is amazing or not.

It is with the HDR in the new headset
I could never decide between Tetris Effect on a VR headset or on an HDR television for sensory binding – it’s a game that really gets a lot from the sensory effects of bright, flashing lights in your periphery, and lowered brightness/contrast in the Index wasn’t giving me as pleasurably disorienting an effect. The PSVR2 version fixes that.

For anybody interested in old PC glorious strategy games this is big: a new release of Jagged Alliance 2 Android project, now finally supporting touch controls. I have briefly tested it on my Pixel 7 Pro and it is working great.
