Oh I don’t think it’s bad in and of itself.

I just mean it’s one of the many things that is deliberately evocative of nostalgic Nintendo vibes like the rest of the project. Like all the elements just feel pretty…on the nose as it were?

This game is fantastic, and I’m very glad it’s getting distribution again. One of the best walking sims imo, and a perfectly rendered, interesting environment you don’t ever see in games.
