maximo isn’t even the most recent gng revival, there was that one on psp with very slight metrovania elements

but no-one mentioning it shows how totally forgettable it was. or how little anyone cared about the psp

I could be at Brunch but Daddy Nier

The odds of Daddy Nier turning up in a later cycle of the game seems pretty high to me because that seems to fall in line with the structure of the series pretty easily.

Yeah, I think I remember reading that brother being 200 years before daddy is essentially canon. Gonna be disappointed if they don’t take the opportunity to fuck around with some expectations here.

Ultimate Ghost 'n Goblins and the simplified Gokumakaimura Kai are both cool and worth playing.

Is there really a game called Wolflame? I mean I can see what they were going for but I don’t think it worked out

I talked about it in GYPT. It isn’t one of astroport’s best.

The intellivision amico, the « We already have a switch at home » console, already got more money from Republic (Kickstarter with ROI) than Bloodstained, the most successful kickstarter project ever (last I checked)

Kickstarter really is chump change and there really are too many clueless rich investors

i think it’s because of the subliminal advertising that this is a SAFE investment:

One thing to keep in mind is that

$6,670,243
Committed and reserved

Should instead be read as “Combined Commitments and Reserves”. TV’s Frank Ciffaldi, as an example, took out a reserve of $100,000. He’s never going to give them that money, but they let you just reserve spots, so he took one on a lark.

Also the discussion page is pretty funny considering how there’s basically only one person asking actual investment questions, and their response to “Where are the points of failure?” was “Literally the only thing that could go wrong is if our marketing isn’t good enough.”
