I got one of these for free yesterday, and i already scoped out work for interesting stuff, but I gotta know how easy is this to hack? Can i get it to run burned discs or straight up isos off the hard drive? The only game my store didn’t have that I’m interested in is Gun Valkyrie and i just really wanna play that.

You’ll need to track down a game that will let you softmod the Xbox. There’s a few of them, but some of them had the exploit patched out of later disc pressings.
I’d also see if it boots before investing too heavily in it. Xboxes have a propensity for leaky capacitors that can wreck the system. If it does boot, it’s a good idea to see what model you got, because you’ll want to remove the clock capacitor to make sure it doesn’t fry the system in the future.
