cannot emphasize how utterly baffling this one is
at first i guessed south africa (history of tank manufacture), then australia based on the direction and distance, and from there i figured it had to be an american island… but i never predicted this
i’m actually wondering if this is a bug of some kind because as far as i can tell samoa has literally no armed forces, so

what in the world?
I’m guessing it’s accounting for goods transiting through the country (or even merely through a financial account/incorporation nominally located in the country?) as being imported, then exported? The country is so small that one major deal accounted for in a weird way could overwhelm all the “real” exports.
