Felt like a pinball game where you launch and after a couple cursory bounces, it arcs right for the gap, but you barely knock it aside at the last moment.

Palindromes would be the worst imo. Even something like civic or kayak would be a nightmare.

If I’m struggling, I’ve started throwing in double-letter words just to test it out, as the clues are correct when I do that: if there’s only one of a given letter, only one letter will be highlighted yellow or green, but if both are in the word, both will get a highlight.

Back to back 5s, just a trash human being over here being trashy with words.
It’s my own fault for going way unlikely with my second guess, I just couldn’t live with myself if it ended up being right and I chickened out. Also the 4th was a 50-50 guess between two options so more bad luck than anything else there.

Disappointed in my third guess which just left a misplaced letter in the same spot.

I can get a correct guess within 5 but no faster than that so far with this adversarial version (It changes which word you’re guessing based on which words you’ve input so far)
