i just saw this thread and didn’t wanna miss out on the fun

i could pick something cooler but realistically this is probably my theme

i should say, though, that the first place i heard this song was on an NBA VHS tape from the late 80’s that had a pop song matched with different edited highlights from various NBA stars at the time. Michael Jordan had the “Take My Breath Away” theme from Top Gun by Berlin. Magic Johnson had “Control” by Janet Jackson. Larry Bird had “Small Town” by John Mellencamp.

this song… was played for the Charles Barkley highlight reel.
