I tried to take a bunch of pictures, but I got fewer than I thought. (I can peel this post off to the Axe or hide individual photos if anyone would prefer.)

Tigress had us meet here as our staging ground. Everybody had lots of avatars to show off, we played with pens, and I sent out as many friend requests as the system would permit before rate-limiting me.

Our first stop was a ball pit. Settings would permit you to configure the balls’ behavior. They did not behave much like balls while we were in charge. More avatar mayhem followed.

From there, we moved to a world that started out looking like any number of cozy-core lounge worlds, and folks rapidly adopted the “let’s all be dancing cats” mindset as shown in @hellojed’s photos above. Very Achewood. By complete coincidence (?), this turned out to actually be a world based on the videogame Stray! I didn’t take many photos here—too busy fooling with the cat configuration menu—but we wandered the streets, checked out an izakaya, and generally had fun.

Our third visit for the evening before I had to peel off was “The Pact”, a sort of anthro/TF/corporate-headquarters/cryptozoological complex, three to four floors of conference rooms, bathrooms, janitorial hallways, offices, and other Control-esque ephemera. There was just enough radial/mirrored symmetry to make it hard to keep track of where different things were. (Where most VRChat worlds have their public-use avatars and world config systems right up front, you had to really wander around to have any hope of locating them here.)
