Today I learned that Yasunori Mitsuda composed an acid jazz album of Chrono Trigger rearrangements in '95. It’s very good.
I think the Secret of the Forest track at 6:13 is my favorite so far:

Sometimes I think about how a “videogame arrange album” is something that will never really exist again, as any game that comes out henceforth will be able to have any kind and quality of music it wants right out the gate

World Revolution is my favorite track off of Brink of Time.
Anyway, Brink of Time is pretty cool, but F.F. Mix is on another level.
