i always thought the besaid island theme sounded more like it was by junya nakano rather than hamauzu because it sounds very threads of fate-y to me. the arrange for the remaster bloooows.

Much love for Not Tomorrow. To me that part always sounds like…a side of wistful regret; whoever Lisa had been “irl”, there’s enough we get as a caretaker and small light of solace, a gentle candle in the dark. So when Harry recoils back and holds himself on the other side of the door (as she turns / comes to terms with her state), maybe from weakness or fear of himself being lost, Lisa’s shut out and left to suffer alone.

I absolutely over-appreciate it: for me the SC4 soundtrack towers above all the others in the series. (Though I have a real fondness for the bananas Castlevania Chronicles OST)
