Demon’s is the fastest, both structurally and kinesthetically, so if what turns you off of Dark is its ponderousness I’d give it a shot

You youngins are definitely forgeting the internet wasn’t organized as it is until like 2004-5 so any “critic” reviews before that are scattershot and while just like modern reviews isn’t maybe the best judge of critical consensus.
