I know this is a joke but the Switch display and/or TV is still showing you 60hz. Adaptive/variable refresh rate displays could show you each frame as it’s rendered which is somehow far less jarring when you need to run something inconsistent. The last such game I played was Witcher 3 which my PC at the time could handle above 30hz but not at 60 consistently.
