Well, that’s cliffhanger worthy of Jon Pertwee.
needs more gurning
saw the name Linda Barry in the credits to todays ep. Is it the nearsighted monkey herself? am excite
Watching Peridot and Lapis being roomies is so entertaining to me. Watching the character Peridot has become has been really satisfying seeing how she still loves putting on airs yet still be a decent person. Or try to be one at least.
Latest ep was a good time revisiting old style cartoon antics and roadrunner style shenanigans.
And she got a bubble!
Genuinely appreciate a show that has enough range to do both depressing, emotionally gripping drama and the cartooniest fourth wall breaking nonsense
@azurelore, are your kids the right age to watch SU, and if so why are you not regaling us with the cuteness of their reactions to it?
I must know why.
Haha! My older one is four, and she’s fascinated with what few pieces she’s seen. Her mother doesn’t really want her watching it yet because of too much sarcasm. (I’d say there’s way less here than in other stuff she lets her watch, but heeey.)
I will say she spent a day singing “Why don’t you talk to each other…” over and over again.
With Lauren Zuke quitting Twitter, I wonder what’s going to happen with this account
dump 'er dude.
Seriously though: it’s–like–the most sincere show ever. Also, what’s wrong with sarcasm?
Gah! Only a glimpse of the true cuteness that Could Be!
Highly recommend watching today’s episode for a real good time.
I can’t even remember another 10 minute cartoon that features a full almost 3,5 minute long original song of such quality.
“It’s Over Isn’t It” pops into my head an awful lot these days
Not speaking of the latest episode
Was disappointed when I couldn’t find anybody having linked Hit that Bird with Bird Up after I learned of these.
EDIT: Just gonna keep compiling these

It makes me so unbelievably happy that this scene is in a cartoon show for children.
‘Sugar Shock Shutdown’ is a pretty good name for an energy drink. I wonder what the sugar-free version is called?
Saccharine Suffitash?
remember how we were gonna get weekly episodes? that was nice
