I’m kinda mixed on Bloober, and I know I don’t like the character model because the old design was perfect, but I’m trying to have an open mind. Mostly because I think most of Bloober’s weaknesses will be aided by having the template of the original game in place… based on my time with Observer, game mechanics and pacing aren’t their strong suit, but they clearly love the rabbit hole stuff.

Literally the internal concept name and development name. There is a painting in the Historical Society that calls it a Red Pyramid Thing. Pyramid Head is fancanon.

The only one of these I am actually kind of enthused for is Silent Hill f. Townfall could be okay, I guess. In both cases, though, they’re still being made under Konami and therefore they’re going to fuck it up somehow.

the most rancid thing about the reveal stream was not using the extant excellent music. at the very least recorded music from the year 2001 does not need to be replaced!

if you look up any guide or anything for demon’s souls now it’s all screenshots of the new thing. give me the power and I’ll turn bloober and bluepoint hq into craters. sorry about the janitors and secretaries but they didn’t have to be there. we can stop this before it goes any farther

no I think it’s the fake loading screen in this hilarious video that basically predicted this bloober modern remake, with objective markers, night vision, stealth crouching, lots of swearing and DLC.
