Every character in this location is dressed in modest cold-weather clothing except for this one who’s very very goth and hanging out in a graveyard
A key item to make something in the game that gets you through certain walls to unlock otherwise hidden areas is hidden in one of these crates, which have no indication you can interact with them or that they’re anything but scenery.
