the bosses on the abandoned bridge stage of cannon spike are named after wrestlers, super delfin and vader
and the perished town stage (where you fight vega/balrog/claw!) is cool
this game is an unsung hero on the dreamcast/naomi, i hope capcom remember it exists and give it a rerelease someday

a cool thing in guardians/denjin makai ii is that after you beat the ninja boss who fights you in an ever-changing hologram arena, you get to play a little shooting bonus game in that same arena!
also in the chinatown stage there’s this shop with a korean sign selling… eyes?
